I was interested in obtaining a mortgage for a 2nd home. American Equity Mortgage/Florida was very poorly responsive. I have an excellent credit rating. all I wanted was to get the process started. 4Calls and still nothing underway. I was told only their rate. I was told to call back in 8 hours". Boss was looking into it/. Boss was not prepared then?. They would email me information;. Email given|. Still no response 2 days later'. I called again". No call back!. With the economy and home sales depressed, I cant believe they were too busy to respond . Dr. J 12935ff
